I called for an oil change/tire rotation that needed to happen before our agency car went out on the road again for another long trip. The staff in service were able to get me in within a day. Service was quick and they vacuumed out the inside, washed the windows and put it through their car wash. Nicely done Links!

This is the kind of dealership that made me feel like I was valued as a person and a patron. I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in 2013. From then and continuing now I haven't had any problems. The owner was flexible and made genuine effort to not only make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I chose, but also that it would be the right fit for what I needed. The receptionists always answer the phones with a smile in their voice and treat you just the same when you walk through the doors. Aside from all of that, I want to give recognition to Mr. Steve Nadeau! A few weeks ago, I finally had an issue with my car. (Some maintenance issues) I was anxious, and uncertain about it all. So I called Link ford. Steve took the time to explain in depth what my warranty and extended warranty coverage is. He gave me all the numbers I needed to get my car to the right place. I had so many questions and called multiple times and not once did he become impatient, instead he enthusiastically talked me through it.
